Tracy Shockley (aka Sweet T) is an award-winning home cook that uses her self-taught skills to create dishes for friends and family. She started cooking at 6 years old and her love for the kitchen hasn’t faded. Tracy currently lives in Rowlett, Texas and enjoys writing, cooking and coming up with new recipes. By day, she is a Production Manager for a specialized consulting firm; by night and on weekends, she loves cooking a variety of food on the spectrum from down home southern classics to fine dining. One day, Tracy plans on writing a family cookbook.
